Thirty years have past since the first Project Plant project and they are still at it. The small group spends a lot of time beautifying public places with flowers and plants. Martha Laufman trims the deadwood out of a rose bush in front of Athens County Convention and Visitors Bureau on East State Street. The cold winter made for a lot of deadwood this spring.
